We are a 6 acres boutique olives grower nestled in the beautiful hills of De Luz, California. We grow & mill 100% of our olives in our estate within 24 hours of harvest to produce the highest quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil available in the United States.

Our award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from olives from 5 different Tuscan olive tree varieties that are well known for their high level of polyphenols:

Frontoio ~ Leccino ~ Maurino ~ Moraiolo ~ Pendolino

Our olive grove was established in 2007 and has over 600 trees we truly cherish.
