Tapenade: The best recipe


One of the best way to enjoy the summer is to have some tapenade on a fresh baguette or a toasted bread. It is pretty easy to find them at your local store, but ... they will certainly never beat the homemade version. And, they are so easy and quick to make ... why wouldn't you?

Recipe:
200 gr Nicoise olives, pitted
5 Anchovy fillet, preferably in olive oil
8 Capers
1 Garlic clove, Minced
3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Combine all the ingredients in your processing food bowl and pulse until you achieve a consistency you like.

Et voila ... it is that easy !!
